Terms of service
The agreement between you and Ride X when you request, confirm, and take a trip with us: short, clear, and written in plain language.
Who we are
Ride X is a private transport service in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, operated by MNA International Co., a licensed Saudi transport company. By requesting or confirming a trip, you agree to these terms.

The service
Ride X provides pre-arranged private transport: airport transfers, family, corporate, and scheduled rides across Jeddah, with planned trips beyond the city. Every trip is quoted individually, and the fixed quote is confirmed over WhatsApp before anything is booked.
Ride X is not an on-demand ride-hailing app. Trips are arranged in advance, on terms agreed before you travel.
Quotes and confirmation
When you send a trip request, we reply with a fixed quote covering the price, timing, and vehicle category. Nothing is booked until you approve that quote.
- A quote applies to the trip as described in your request. If the details change, such as route, timing, passengers, or luggage, the quote may be revised before confirmation.
- Once you approve on WhatsApp, the price is fixed. No surprises on the day.
- The payment method is agreed as part of the confirmation.
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or change a confirmed trip by messaging us on WhatsApp.
- Cancellations made at least 12 hours before pickup: no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup may carry a charge of up to 50% of the confirmed quote.
- Changes to timing or route are accommodated where possible and may adjust the quote.
Your responsibilities
So the trip runs exactly as agreed, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate trip details: pickup, destination, timing, passengers, and luggage.
- Be ready at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time. Waiting beyond a reasonable period may affect the trip or the quote.
- Treat the vehicle and driver with respect, and follow Saudi law during the trip.
- Tell us in advance about special requirements: child seats, extra luggage, or accessibility needs.
Vehicle and driver
Your quote confirms a vehicle category: SUV, sedan, or van. The specific vehicle and driver are assigned by Ride X, and their details are shared with you before pickup.
If the assigned vehicle becomes unavailable, we provide an equivalent or better vehicle in the same category, at the same confirmed price.
Limitation of liability
We plan every trip carefully, but some events sit outside our control: road closures, exceptional traffic, weather, or delays caused by third parties such as airports. We are not liable for losses caused by such events, though we will always work to complete the trip or arrange a fair alternative.
To the extent permitted by Saudi law, our total liability in connection with a trip does not exceed the value of the confirmed quote for that trip, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights or appointments, where the delay was not caused by our fault.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us will be referred to the competent courts and authorities of the Kingdom.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you confirm a trip is the version that applies to it.
