What we collect when you arrange a trip with us, how we use it, and the choices you have, written clearly so it is easy to read.
Who we are
Ride X is a private transport service operating in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, run by MNA International Co., a licensed Saudi transport company. Wherever this policy says “we” or “us”, it means the operator identified below.

The information we collect
We collect only what we need to prepare your quote and run the trip:
- Trip details: pickup, destination, date and time, passengers, luggage, and vehicle preference, sent through the quote form or WhatsApp.
- Contact details: your name and phone number, and your email address if you choose to share it.
- WhatsApp communication: the messages we exchange while quoting, confirming, and coordinating your trip.
We do not take online payment on this website, and we do not collect payment card details through it.
How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: coordinating and confirming your trips.
- Preparing your fixed quote and sending it to you.
- Confirming the price, timing, and vehicle before the trip.
- Sharing vehicle and driver details before pickup, and coordinating with you on the day.
- Keeping a record of confirmed trips for service and accounting purposes.
We do not use your details for marketing you have not asked for.
WhatsApp is a third-party channel
Most Ride X coordination happens over WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta Platforms. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms of service and privacy policy, which we do not control.
What we do control is our side of the conversation: who on our team can see it, how long we keep it, and what we use it for, as described in this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep trip requests and confirmations for as long as needed to operate the service, handle any follow-up, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Beyond that, records are deleted or anonymised after 12 months.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
The only sharing that happens is operational: the assigned driver receives the trip details needed to complete your ride, and we may disclose information where Saudi law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Show you the information we hold about you.
- Correct details that are inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete your information, where we have no legal duty to keep it.

Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be flagged clearly.
