Privacy policy
What we collect when you arrange a trip with us, how we use it, and the choices you have, written clearly so it is easy to read.
Who we are
Ride X is a private transport service operating in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, run by MNA International Co., a licensed Saudi transport company. Wherever this policy says “we” or “us”, it means the operator identified below.

The information we collect
We collect only what we need to prepare your quote and run the trip:
- Trip details: pickup, destination, date and time, passengers, luggage, and vehicle preference, sent through the quote form or WhatsApp.
- Contact details: your name and phone number, and your email address if you choose to share it.
- Website submission context: language, source page, privacy-notice version, and a random duplicate-prevention key. Raw IP addresses and user-agent strings are not stored in the booking record.
- WhatsApp communication: the messages we exchange while quoting, confirming, and coordinating your trip when you use that channel.
We do not take online payment on this website, and we do not collect payment card details through it.
How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: coordinating and confirming your trips.
- Preparing your fixed quote and sending it to you.
- Confirming the price, timing, and vehicle before the trip.
- Sharing vehicle and driver details before pickup, and coordinating with you on the day.
- Storing your website request and notifying the authorised operations inbox so the team can follow up.
We do not use your details for marketing you have not asked for.
Service providers and international processing
We use Vercel to receive the website request, Supabase to store it, Resend to notify the authorised operations inbox, and our email provider to hold that notification. If you choose WhatsApp, Meta Platforms also processes your messages under WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy.
These providers may process information outside Saudi Arabia. Before website submission is enabled in production, Ride X will review the applicable cross-border requirements, limit access to authorised people, and document deletion procedures for both the database record and the operations-email copy.
How long we keep it
Unconverted website trip requests and their notification records are scheduled for deletion 12 months after submission. The operations-email copy follows the approved inbox deletion procedure. Confirmed-trip or accounting records may be kept longer where Saudi law requires it.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
Sharing is limited to operating the service: authorised staff and service providers receive what they need, an assigned driver receives the trip details needed to complete the ride, and we may disclose information where Saudi law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Show you the information we hold about you.
- Correct details that are inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete your information, where we have no legal duty to keep it.
- Explain the purpose, source, recipients, and expected retention of your information.

Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be flagged clearly.
